Terms and Conditions for Credit Card

IndusInd Bank Limited ("IBL") Cardholders are not bound to participate in the offers available at Indus Moments. Any such participation is completely voluntary.

Delinquent and over limit IBL Cardholders will be disqualified.

The offer is valid only on online transactions.

No two offers can be availed of at any given point in time by the IBL Cardholders.

Cancellation Policy: Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or varied.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Cardholder at the time of making the purchase irrespective to the registered mailing address of the Cardholder.

Usage of Gift Vouchers purchased / redeemed at Indus Moments will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the issuer of such Gift Vouchers.

Above offer is by way of a special facility for IBL Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Cardholder's agreement. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Cardholder's Agreement.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

The Cardholders will not hold IBL responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by way of participation in the above offer.

IBL does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided at Indus Moments.

Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the IBL Credit Cardholder due to provision of the Offer, shall be levied to the account of the IBL Cardholder.

All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Indus Moments directly without any reference to IBL. The same shall be addressed by Indus Moments.

The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

IBL / Indus Moments reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

Refund Policy: In the event of any defect found in goods, the Customer shall be required to call 'Indus Moments' call centre within 48 hours of the products delivered. However, in case of failure to do so, the product shall be considered as used and your request shall stand as rejected. In case of exchange/ return of product, all the cost of courier or any charges would be borne by the Customer. However if the product needs replacement due to defect or transit damage the courier charges would be borne by "Indus Moments". Replacement will be done in such cases within 15 days and refund is only if replacement is not possible. The refund policy is only applicable to cash-only transactions. For redemption and redemption + shopping it will be the replacement of the product.

Redemption Limit: Monthly redemption limit of 25,000 points is applicable for all credit card customers. Any redemption beyond 25,000 points for the month will be rejected. Oberoi and Genesis vouchers are excluded from the monthly redemption limit.

Terms and Conditions for Debit Card

All cardholder/s availing the redemption options provided in the catalogue shall be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

The minimum amount of reward points required to be eligible for redemption is 300 points for Regular & Gold Card and 500 points for Platinum cards

Unutilized points will expire 1 year after accrual

Any action to redeem points against gifts from the catalogue by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all products being offered are on a best effort basis.

Eligible Cardholders need to have reward points of value greater than or equal to the number of points against which the product/s are to be redeemed. The redemption transaction will not be processed if the value of reward points held by cardholder is less than the points required to be redeemed against the product which is being request for by cardholder.

To redeem, cardholders need to call IndusInd Bank's Contact center and request for redemption of accumulated points against product from catalogue mentioning clearly the following pieces of information:

Customer Account Details

Customer Name

Customer ID

Card Type

Last 4 digits of debit card

Points to be redeemed

Product/s against which points to be redeemed

Address at which to dispatch goods ( should be registered on the customer's savings account with the bank as one of the addresses)

Contact details in case of contact required by courier company

Please note that the delivery of the products will be done on the address registered on the customers bank account

The products are being provided by a third party merchant – "Indus Moments" and IndusInd Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer.

The Cardholder shall directly take up with "Indus Moments" as regards any quality issue pertaining to the goods

Redemption against product/s or goods is subject to the availability of stocks. In the event of non -availability or discontinuance of any product/s, the Bank reserves the right to substitute an item with another brand/ product of equivalent monetary value.

In no event shall IndusInd Bank be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the products obtained by Cardholders under reward points redemption done through the catalogue.

The Cardholder understands and agrees that any product/ service obtained through the catalogue redemption option is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage that results from the use of such product/s.

On placement of request for redemption of points accumulated, wholly or in part, by Cardholder against product/s from the catalogue, such number of points as request for redemption will be immediately deducted from the Cardholder's accumulated number of points as of that date.

The product/s requested by the Cardholder to be sent to him/her under the rewards redemption will be dispatched by courier mode wherever possible, and other means wherever required at the bank’s discretion.

The product/s requested by the Cardholder to be sent to him/her under the rewards redemption will reach the customer within approximately 21working days from the day of placing request at the contact center. The working days are defined as Monday to Friday. Please note that the delivery time may vary in case of incorrect/ incomplete shipping address information as confirmed by Cardholder placing request.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Product/s once received cannot be exchanged with other product/s for whatever reason, except for where the products may be in damaged/ non working condition in which case the same fact needs to be brought to the notice of Indus Moments within 24 hours of the delivery of the product/s or goods at the cardholder’s address as mentioned in the initial request for redemption. Complaint/information of having received product/s or goods in damaged or non working condition needs to be raised by Cardholder/s at Indus Moments s Contact Center by calling in within above stipulated time. In all such cases the re-dispatch of replacement product/s or goods will happen as per normal dispatch/delivery process and the replaced product/s or goods will therefore be delivered within 21working days from the day of raising complaint/ informing contact center of delivery of damaged/ non working condition product/s.

At the time of delivery of replaced product/s or goods, the Cardholder will be required to hand over the previously delivered and claimed-to-be damaged or in non working condition product/s or goods, to the courier agency or delivery personnel.

In any such case of replacement of damaged/ non working product/s or goods the same will be replaced only with another unit/s of the same product/s or goods as were initially requested by customer. No request whatsoever for change of product/s or goods will be entertained.

Product images used or description provided is only for representation purposes and may not be indicative of final product/ service delivered.

Any dispute in this regard shall be directly raised and taken up with Indus Moments.

All issues raised by Cardholders with reference to product/ service delivery, quality etc will also be resolved by Indus Moments.

IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the offer.

The Bank also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add, delete, alter, modify or change the products in the catalogue or the number of points required to redeem the products, as also to replace wholly or in part, the catalogue by another catalogue, whether similar to current catalogue or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

Subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts and Laws of India.
